1. Products and Orders
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. This Site's checkout is a demonstration flow; no live payment is processed through the form presented here.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from our Braintree, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–8 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

- Defects covered under our 2-year device warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear such as filter consumption.
- Smart devices sold on this Site may require a compatible home Wi-Fi network and a manufacturer companion app to access all features; app availability and functionality are outside our control.
